Select the option when booking, give your Facebook details and the airline will send a link to you via Facebook Messenger. For example, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines use it and I presume other airlines offer similar services using Facebook Messenger. Some airlines will allow you to use Facebook Messenger to store boarding passes and receive flight information updates.
